Performances: 29th September to 3rd October 2026
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is lively, fun and a brilliant array of different music styles. The story highlights various life lessons, including jealousy, betrayal, overcoming adversity and forgiveness. The show is based on the story of Joseph, a charming and kind young man, who happens to be Jacob’s favourite son. Joseph’s eleven jealous brothers sell him to slavery, and whilst imprisoned he becomes known for his long time gift of being able to interpret dreams, which eventually leads to him becoming Pharaoh’s right-hand man. In the meantime, struggling with the famine, the brothers head to Egypt, where they beg for food, bowing down to their unrecognisable brother Joseph; this leads to a dramatic family reconciliation and a huge party finale!
